ELITE

 

Lakes Region reeled off two victories. Carson McGreevy pitched a shutout and Caden Cotnoir scored in the second period of a 1-0 win over Andover – and Alex Gunderson came through with a goal and two assists, Cotnoir scored twice and Bryce Turmel had a goal and a helper in a 6-4 triumph over Dedham;

 

Aidan Reilly and Brian Campbell both scored one goal and set up another as Wellesley downed Dorchester 5-2; Carter Doherty set up two goals and Garrett Bishop pitched a shutout in Concord’s 5-0 victory over Triboro; Cam Caron scored one goal and dished out three assists Matt Lesniak scored twice, Charles Wilkie and No. 3 both had a goal and an assist and Dylan Desmarais came within 35 seconds of a shutout in Greater Lowell’s 7-1 win over Triboro; Joe MacDonnell wore the hat, Sam Hubbard clicked for two goals and an assist, Jeff Howard also scored twice and Dan Kaploun had 1-1-2 in Natick’s 9-5 victory over Wellesley – Campbell with two goals and two assists and Reilly 1-1-2 in the loss; and Sam MacDougall had a goal and two assists and Nick Moreno 1-1-2 as Dedham trimmed Triton 3-1.

 

AAA

 

Woburn and Waltham both posted a win and a tie in the North. Nico Tortola wore the hat, Matt Defeo had a goal and an assist and Mason McComiskey and Dom Ferragamo both posted two assists in Woburn’s 7-2 victory over Tewksbury – and Ryan MacCurtain capped a hat trick with 6:11 left to give Reading a 4-4 tie with Woburn, Matt Hughes (one assist) with a go-ahead goal for Woburn 46 seconds before MacCurtain re-tied it; Max Polipas, who also had an assist, scored with 28 seconds left to give Waltham a 9-8 decision over Belmont, Rocco Cook with four goals and three assists and Shan’t Gebeyan also with four goals in the win and Adam Bauer a hat trick and an assist, Dan Antonellis two goals and Charlie Tingos 1-1-2 in the loss – and Chris Anastos scored with 8:16 left and Hunter Ehrlich then capped a 2-2-4 game with a goal with 1:49 remaining to give Framingham a 5-5 tie with Waltham, Colin Towle with 2-1-3 and Grady Idelson three assists for Framingham and Gebeyan a goal and three assists, Cook 1-2-3 and Polipas two assists for Waltham;

 

In the other game, Derek Perault wore the hat and added an assist as Wilmington topped Reading 5-1.

 

S&S won twice and Hyde Park had a win and a tie in the South. Owen Hanson scored one goal and set up two others, Jack Raymond scored twice and Sam Croke posted 1-1-2 as S&S defeated NH East 5-3, Joe Crowe with two assists in the loss– and Seamus Cullen clicked for 1-2-3, Raymond also had two assists and Dom Papalardo pitched a shutout in a 4-0 victory over Acton-Boxboro; James Callaghan and Seamus Rolfe both scored twice, Callaghan adding an assist, as Hyde Park trimmed Cambridge 5-2 – Amelia Sousa scored with three seconds left to give Brookline a 4-4 tie with Hyde Park, Grady Ames with 1-2-3 for Brookline and Rolfe wearing a hat for Hyde Park;

 

Colin Murray scored two goals and dished out three assists, Tom Simeone also scored twice and Mikey O’Leary had two assists in Beverly’s 7-3 victory over Melrose; Shanahan came within eight seconds of a shutout and Heldenbergh scored what turned out to be the winner with 8:53 left as Burlington trimmed Brookline 3-1; Hunter Barone’s second goal of the game, with 7:47 left, gave Cambridge a 4-3 decision over the Railers – Jack Carter with two goals in the loss; Emily Mara scored twice and the Wizards scored four in the first period and topped Medfield 5-3 – Cam Daly with two assists in the loss; and Medfield defeated the Railers 8-4.

Groton and Methuen both won twice in the North. Collin Holbrook wore the hat and had an assist and Ben Glanville scored one goal and dished out three assists in Groton’s 6-2 victory over Wellesley, Caleb Curran with 1-1-2 in the loss – and James Carpenter wore the hat and had an assist and Reid Ohanesian posted 1-1-2 in an 8-1 win over Framingham; Kevin Nestor scored twice and Dawson Burke had two assists as Methuen trimmed Somerville 4-1 – and Luke Henry scored three goals and handed out three assists, Gavin Henry and Mary Jane Petisce both posted 2-1-3 and Vinny Aiello had 1-1-2 in a 10-4 win over the same team, Josh Pite with a hat trick and Matias Moore two assists in the loss;

 

Holgersen, who also had an assist, scored twice early in the third period to give Winchester a 3-2 decision over North Andover – Martucci with 1-1-2 in then win; North Andover edged Winthrop 3-2; Adam Kornbau clicked for 2-1-3 and Max Beninanti had 1-1-2 as Framingham topped Concord-Carlisle 6-2; and Walsh wore the hat and added an assist and Price had 1-1-2 as Concord-Carlisle defeated Natick 6-2.

 

Danvers won twice in the South. Cooper Dunham scored one goal and set up two others, Corbin Lefavour scored twice and Chris Pinto posted 1-1-2 in a 5-1 victory over Triton –- and Dunham scored twice in a 4-1 win over South Boston;

 

Jack Heffernan scored twice as Twin City nipped Triboro 3-1; Grady Culhane scored twice as Lexington/Bedford edged Waltham 2-1; Brandon Carta wore the hat and Scott Johnson clicked for 2-1-3 in Woburn’s 8-1 win over SMS; Trevor Robillard scored two goals and dished out three assists, Ben Meade wore the hat and Frankie DiGiorgio also scored twice in Waltham’s 7-2 victory over Woburn; and Masco downed Triton 3-0.

 

Andover won twice in the East. Finn Seymour and Gavin Bennett both posted a goal and an assist in a 3-0 victory over Wilmington – and David Dunham and Nathan Waldinger scored 14 seconds apart in a 3-1 triumph over the Wizards;

 

Max Sylvester set up three goals, Brady Gerardi scored twice in the first period and Todd Moore had a goal and an assist as ths Edge trimmed the Wizards 4-2; Ryan Ruzzo delivered 2-01-3 and Nathan Dube had 1-1-2 as the Railers nipped Arlington 4-3 – Rudolph Hahn with two goals in the loss;  John McNair scored twice as Acton-Boxboro defeated Natick 5-2 – Aiden DeLiberato with both goals in the loss; Emrick O’Brien had 1-1-2 late, scoring with 2:36 left to give Wilmington a 3-3 tie with the NS Vipers – Isaac Tavares with 1-1-2 for Wilmington and Abby Walles 2-1-3, Shane Gould 1-1-2 and Julia Lambert two assists for the Vipers; Logan De Veau scored what turned out to be the winner a minute into the third period as Arlington edged Brookline 3-2; Joe Hynds scored with 4:16 left to give Parkway a 3-2 decision over Brookline; and Allston/Brighton downed Natick 4-3.

 

Billerica had a win and a tie and the Railers wore a pair of ties in the West. Ryan McElroy scored twice, Sean Valente had a goal and an assist and Braiden Perry pitched a shutout in Billerica’s 4-0 victory over Newburyport – and Valente scored the tying goal 48 seconds into the second period to match Luke MacIsaac’s early goal as Billerica tied Newburyport 1-1; Declan Powell scored with 1:45 left and Jason Fuller had 1-1-2 as the Railers pulled out a 3-3 tie with Watertown, Alistair Dattoli with 2-1-3 and Kingston Omolade 1-2-3 for Watertown – and Jack Stavaridis, who also had an assist, scored with 44 seconds left to give Wellesley a 6-6 tie with the Railers, Matt Silk with 2-2-4 and Evan Farley 1-1-2 for Wellesley and Kellen Looney and Jack Young 1-1-2 apiece for the Railers;

 

Angelina Che and Tatum Friedholm scored 43 seconds apart early in the third period to give Assabet a 3-3 tie with Haverhill/Pentucket – Anthony Savage with two goals and Brogan Arivella 1-1-2 for H/P; Kai Mackessy and Sam Coit both scored twice and Declan Farrell pitched a shutout in Chelmsford’s 4-0 victory over Nashoba; and Charlie O’Brien wore the hat and added an assist, Logan Isabelle posted 2-1-3 and Conor Reilly 1-1-2 in Lexington/Bedford’s 7-1 victory over Watertown.

 

The Leafs and Beverly both had a win and a tie in the Central. Rex Goding scored one goal and set up another as the Leafs edged Wellesley 4-3, Gavin Gemski with two goals in the loss – and Max Pilkington scored with 8:24 left to give the Leafs a 3-3 tie with Dedham; Beverly trimmed Reading 5-3 – and tied Melrose 2-2 (missing game sheets);

 

Branden Carta pitched a shutout and Von Larson scored in the first period as Burlington trimmed Dedham 2-0; Alex Corrignan and Noah Stickney scored in the first period as NH East downed Stoneham 3-1; Jake Chester wore the hat and had two assists, Mackenzie Clarke delivered two goals and three assists, Nolan Ehler also wore a hat, adding an assist, and Jill Costa had a goal and two assists in Belmont’s big win over Wellesley; and Niall Hubbard scored with 9:29 left to give Stoneham a 2-1 decision over Cape Ann.

Charlestown and North Andover both had a win and a tie in the North. Connor Woods and Lucas Wheeler both scored twice, Woods adding an assist, as Charlestown trimmed Andover 5-3, Noah Messina with two goals in the loss – and Mathew Siemenza scored the tying goal with 7:55 left, Tom Maldano set up all three goals and Nate Trafton scored twice as Winthrop pulled out a 3-3 tie with Charleston, Mainey with 1-2-3 and Neilan two goals for Charlestown; Anthony Cordero had 1-1-2, Tyler Gordon posted two assists and Jacob Mariani scored the winner as North Andover edged the Andover Girls 4-3, Avery Pitts with 1-1-2 in the loss – and Logan Stugryn scored with 10:53 left to give Amesbury a 3-3 tie with North Andover, Magnus Julin and Tyler Gordon with 1-1-2 apiece for NA;

 

Matt Crowley’s second goal of the game, with 1:32 left, gave NH East a 3-2 decision over the Andover Girls – Pitts with both goals in the loss; Evan Yagodzinki’s second goal of the game, 15 seconds into the third period, turned out to be the winner in Acton-Boxboro’s 3-1 victory over SMS; Aleksey Trubskyy wore the hat, Messina scored twice and Chris Pawless had two assists in Andover’s 6-3 victory over Dorchester – Brendan Donahue with 1-1-2 in the loss; Ryan Carrafiello’s second goal of the game, with 2:57 left, gave Waltham a 4-3 decision over Lynn – Anthony Dagostino with 1-1-2 in the win and Christian Marsh two goals and Brian Boisson two assists in the loss; and Trent Cahill scored twice, Boisson posted 1-1-2 and Joe Plourde two assists as Lynn topped Dorchester 4-2.

 

Tewksbury and Danvers both won twice in the South. Andrew Conroy wore the hat, Arbel Levenson delivered two goals and an assist and No. 26 posted 1-1-2 in Tewksbury’s 7-2 victory over Allston/Brighton – and Conroy wore the hat and Richie Constantino scored twice in a 6-2 win over Hollis, Enos with both goals in the 6-2 win over Hollis; Owen Swanton scored what turned out to be the winner with 5:47 left as Danvers edged S&S 2-1 – and Danvers scored a big win over Peabody; Evan Couture scored four goals to lead NH East to a 7-3 victory over Methuen; McDonough’s second goal of the game, with 4:28 left, gave Wilmington a 4-4 tie with Framingham – Mattias Colantropo capping a hat trick and Katelyn Nickerson with goals 25 seconds apart to put Framingham ahead; Ben Hickey clicked for two goals and two assists, Vincent DiMartino, Avery White and Jack Holtslag all with 1-2-3 and Connor Cardoza 1-1-2 in Medford’s 8-1 victory over Masco; Judah Meltzner scored twice and Colin Campbell had 1-1-2 in Natick’s 4-1 victory over Framingham; Jacob Schmidt scored 48 seconds into the third period and then assisted on Owen Enos’s goal with 4:59 left to give Hollis a 3-2 decision over Cambridge – Pires with 1-1-2 in the loss; Peabody and Masco tied 3-3 and Hyde Park edged Woburn 6-5.

 

Andover A won twice and South Boston wore two ties in the East. Chace Kivlehan scored four goals and set up another; James Gildea posted 1-1-2 and Eli Scott had two assists in Andover’s 9-3 victory over Winchester – and Kivlehan scored four goals and set up two others, Alex Phillips had 2-1-3 and Scott added two assists in a 7-1 triumph over Lexington/Bedford; Lexington/Bedford’s Karl Gude and South Boston’s Estelle Corbett swapped goals 33 seconds apart early in the third period of a 1-1 tie – and Andrew Donovan scored the tying goal in the second period as South Boston tied Andover A2 3-3;

 

In the other game, Tim Jones and Ronan Gauthier both scored their second goals of the game in the third period and Preston Ardolino had two assists as Somerville pulled out a 4-4 tie with Cape Ann – Tim Patrick and Cam Smithson with two goals apiece and Sam Appleyard two assists for Cape Ann.

 

Waltham won twice in the West. Christian Renaud wore the hat and had two assists in a 7-1 victory over Newton – and Waltham topped Dedham 5-2;

 

John Harty wore the hat and had an assist and Cooper Fagan had two assists in North Reading’s 9-2 victory over Twin City – Ronin Duval with 1-1-2 in the loss; Julia Lossee, who also had an assist, scored twice in the third period and Nick DeRosa followed with 3:36 left to give Amesbury a 4-2 victory over Groton; Keon Ouelette wore the hat, Cooper LoColst and Noah Meyer both had 1-1-2 and Andrew Ducharme had two assists in Haverhill/Pentucket’s 7-1 victory over Beverly; Noel Feliciano clicked for 2-1-3, Luis Fernandez also scored twice and Shawn Tierney had 1-1-2 in Billerica’s 6-2 triumph over Newburyport; Chelmsford trimmed Beverly 3-0; and Evan Carlson’s second goal of the game, with 5:40 left, gave Acton-Boxboro a 4-2 victory over Groton – Logan Clover with two assists in the win and Marshall both goals in the loss.

 

Concord-Carlisle won twice and Needham had a win and a tie in the Central. Peter Burke scored four goals and set up another in Concord-Carlisle’s 6-2 victory over North Andover, Mia Kmiec and Quinn Bennett with 1-1-2 apiece in the loss – and Burke wore the hat and had two assists, Houle scored four goals, Addie Healy had 1-2-3 and No. 63 scored twice in a 12-4 victory over Wakefield, Reed with two goals and Taranto two assists in the loss; Kason Yoo wore the hat and had two assists and No. 28 scored twice in Needham’s 8-6 win over Reading, No. 9 with two goals in the loss – and Needham and Dorchester tied 1-1;

 

Carter Housman wore a natural hat and added an assist and Kellan Jones also wore a hat in Belmont’s 7-1 victory over Charlestown; Ihsan Nigdelioglu, who also had an assist, scored with 5:59 left to give Stoneham a 2-1 decision over Framingham; Aidan Greene scored the winner with 2:32 left, Eddie Zhang posted 1-1-2 and Liam Caffrey had two assists as Wellesley edged Dorchester 4-3l Hayes scored with 1:15 left to give Methuen a 3-3 tie with Framingham – Maravellis with 2-1-3 for Methuen and No. 15 had 1-2-3 for Framingham; and No. 3 wore the hat and Andrew Fucci scored two goals and set up another as Melrose defeated Brookline 7-1.
